Chantelle leads technical design across the practice, working closely with clients, design teams and contractors to communicate the design intent and manage the delivery of each scheme. Chantelle’s background and experience affords her a rigour and attention-to-detail that ensures high-quality delivery on a range of scales.
She has led delivery on the practice’s major lighting projects for Lendlease, British Land, Stanhope, Sustrans and the National Trust as well as for the City London and a number of Boroughs including Barnet, Bexley, Camden, Croydon, Enfield, Hackney, Harringay, Harrow, Havering, Lambeth, Merton, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Uxbridge and Waltham Forest.
A member of CIBSE/Society of Light and Lighting, Chantelle holds degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design. She has lectured and delivered workshops at a number of architectural schools including the University of Newcastle, Queens University Belfast, Leeds Beckett University and the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Chantelle began her career with Leeds City Council working as an events lighting designer before moving into architectural and urban lighting design with Building Design Partnership in London, Manchester and Dublin. She worked on a number of high-profile projects such as National Conference Centre and the proposed extension to the National Gallery of Ireland.
She has been shortlisted for CIBSE/SLL Irish Lighter of the Year and the NCE/ACE Outstanding Achievement Award.
